After having advised Vitruvian Partners on the acquisition of Technogroup IT-Service GmbH in 2017, Elvinger Hoss Prussen, under the lead of partner Patrick Santer and together with Kirkland & Ellis, has advised Vitruvian Partners, an international growth equity firm with offices around the world, on the sale of the leading provider of third-party maintenance services in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Poland, Technogroup to 3i-backed Evernex, a global international provider of third-party maintenance services for data centre infrastructure.
As part of the transaction, Technogroup’s management and Vitruvian Partners have rolled over a significant investment into the combined group.
