Elvinger Hoss Prussen advised a consortium of banks composed of Santander, MUFG, BBVA and Bankinter in connection with a 150 million euro facility to Finerge, the second-largest renewable energy producer in Portugal and the sixth-largest wind operator on the Iberian Peninsula, relating to the refinancing of its acquisition of two solar park portfolios in Portugal and in Spain.
