Elvinger Hoss Prussen assisted SEB Investment Management AB in the setting up of the sub-fund “SEB Alternative Assets S.A., SICAV-RAIF - SEB Microfinance IX EUR” (the “Fund”). The Fund focuses on underlying master funds whose core strategy is to capture the financial and social value creation from financial institutions active at the base of the pyramid, in emerging and frontier economies, referred to as inclusive finance.
