Elvinger Hoss Prussen advised Vitruvian Partners LLP in the acquisition of a majority stake in Fotona Holdings (Netherlands) B.V. from private equity firm AGIC Capital. The Fotona group develops, manufactures and distributes laser systems for medical applications (such as dermatology, dental or gynecology).
