Florence Bonnière

Florence Bonnière's principal field of activity is the structuring and formation of private equity, infrastructure, debt and real estate funds under the form of regulated or non-regulated vehicles. She also acts on all aspects of the alternative investment funds, including investment management, advisory issues and transactions.
Florence Bonnière has also acted on corporate law, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance matter and corporate restructuring and advised a number of private equity firms.

Career and memberships
Joined Elvinger Hoss Prussen in 2021.
Was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2017 and has been a member of the Luxembourg Bar since 2018.
Prior to joining Elvinger Hoss Prussen, Florence worked for five years in Luxembourg law firms (including a Magic circle law firm) on corporate matters, including cross-border mergers and acquisitions as well as one year as tax advisor in a Big 4 firm in Luxembourg.

Master’s degree in finance and strategy from Sciences Po Paris (France)
Master’s degree in business law - specialisation in corporate and wealth engineering from the Université Rennes 1 (France)
