Sophie Bronkart

Sophie Bronkart’s practice concentrates on corporate law, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, financing and securities law and corporate restructuring.

Sophie advises a number of private equity firms and other financial institutions.

Prior to joining the firm, Sophie worked for seven years in two Luxembourg law firms (including a Magic circle law firm) on corporate matters, including cross-border mergers and acquisitions.

Member of the Luxembourg Bar since 1999.

Licence en droit from the Université de Liège (Belgium).
