Elvinger Hoss Prussen acted as Luxembourg legal counsel to ICG Strategic Equity Fund IV (Feeder) SCSp and ICG Strategic Equity Fund IV (Intermediate) SCSp in relation to an English law governed facilities agreement dated 14 April 2021 entered into between ICG Strategic Equity Fund IV LP, ICG Strategic Equity IV GP LP and Wells Fargo.
