Elvinger Hoss Prussen advised PSG Equity in the context of the acquisition of a majority stake in QualityHosting AG, a German provider of cloud-based IT solutions for small and medium-sized enterprises with a technical specialization, but not limited to, Microsoft 365 and Azure based environments. QualityHosting provides Microsoft Cloud distribution and value-added managed services through its highly-automated proprietary platform to over 15,000 small-to-medium sized businesses as end customers and more than 1,000 partners in the DACH region.
