Elvinger Hoss Prussen advised Providence Equity Partners on its sale of 50% stake in Globeducate to Wendel, a French investment company.
Globeducate provides K-12 (kindergarten, primary and secondary) education through a network of 65 premium bilingual and international schools, as well as online programs, across 11 countries.
The team was led by partner Anna Hermelinski-Ayache, working in collaboration with senior associate Mateusz Glowacki and associates Océane Bostelle and Teresa Valero Martin.
