Elvinger Hoss Prussen, led by partner Xavier Le Sourne, with the assistance of senior associate Kenza Bensaid, assisted Kartesia Asset Finance (formerly Flexam Invest), now part of Kartesia, in the launch of Kartesia Asset Finance III SCA SICAV-RAIF.
The fund will invest in leased assets through operational and financial leases, either directly or via intermediary vehicles.
Its investment strategy includes debt instruments in intermediate structures, enabling flexible financing solutions in the leasing sector.
