Venture Capital deal consisting of a Series D investment in Jokr

Elvinger Hoss Prussen provided Luxembourg legal advice to Convivialité Ventures in relation to its investment in the EUR 50M Serie D round of JOKR, a provider of online grocery delivery services in Latin America. The transaction values JOKR at approx. EUR 800M (post-money). 

Convivialité Ventures, is the venture arm of Pernod Ricard. Pernod Ricard is the second largest global wine and spirits company, with 240 premium brands and active in more than 160 countries

JOKR S.à r.l. focuses on online retail delivery and marketing services, especially on food, groceries and convenience mainly in Europe, Central and Latin America.

The team was led by partner Ana Bramao and included senior associate Philippe Chareyre and associate Emmeline Pireaux who also worked in close coordination with Latham & Watkins (Madrid).
