Elvinger Hoss Prussen advised Azimut Investment S.A. in connection with the regulatory approval for the extension of its AIFM licence to cover custody and administration of units of UCIs. The extended licence enables Azimut to expand the access to its digital financial solutions internationally, through the operation of its app Beewise.
