ALFI seminar on AML/CFT compliance

Elvinger Hoss Prussen sponsored the Association of the Luxembourg Fund Industry (ALFI) seminar on AML/CFT compliance in Luxembourg on 3 December. The seminar explored the latest regulatory developments impacting the fund industry at both the EU and national levels. AML/CFT remains a key focus in the financial sector, and the fund industry needs to continuously adapt to evolving regulatory requirements. 

Partner Gast Juncker was interviewing Anouk Dumont. The discussion focused on the role of the Financial Intelligence Unit in relation to the Luxembourg fund industry and provided insights on the FIU’s organisation and its interactions with national and international authorities. 

Partner Jil Lanners, Counsel Fabrice Bellencontre and Advisory Counsel Emilie Gaspard were also representing our firm at the seminar.
