ALFI seminar on AML/CFT compliance

Elvinger Hoss Prussen is sponsoring the Association of the Luxembourg Fund Industry (ALFI) seminar on AML/CFT compliance in Luxembourg on 3 December. The seminar will explore the latest regulatory developments impacting the fund industry at both the EU and national levels. AML/CFT remains a key focus in the financial sector, and the fund industry needs to continuously adapt to evolving regulatory requirements. 

Partner Gast Juncker will be interviewing Anouk Dumont. The discussion will focus on the role of the Financial Intelligence Unit in relation to the Luxembourg fund industry and will provide insights on the FIU’s organization and its interactions with national and international authorities.
