Jil Lanners’ practice focuses on advising regulated entities active in the asset management sector. Jil advises investment fund managers, investment firms and other professionals of the financial sector on a wide range of regulatory questions, ranging from the set-up, structuring and administration of their Luxembourg activities to assistance during on-site or off-site visits from public authorities. She also has a particular focus on dealing with acquisitions/disposals of holdings in regulated entities as well as with AML/CFT related questions.
