
Elvinger Hoss Prussen and Elvinger US represented Blackstone as to matters of Luxembourg law in the establishment of its most recent real estate debt fund, Blackstone Real Estate Debt Strategies V (“BREDS V”). Blackstone has announced that BREDS V closed with approximately $8 billion in total capital commitments, adding to the largest alternative real estate credit platform in the world.
The Elvinger Hoss Prussen team included Joachim Cour and Carolina Carranza from the Investment Funds department and Katia Panichi and Rebecca Barresi from the Banking and Finance department.
