Elvinger Hoss Prussen assisted Blackstone with matters of Luxembourg law in the establishment of Blackstone Capital Partners Asia III (LUX) SCSp, the Luxembourg parallel fund of Blackstone Capital Partners III L.P. (together “BCP Asia III”).
On June 2, 2026, Blackstone has announced that BCP Asia III closed at USD 13.1 billion, above its target of USD 10 billion making BCP Asia III the firm’s largest private equity fundraise in the region and more than twice that of the previous fund.
The team was led by Partner Joachim Cour on investment funds aspects, supported by Senior Associate Dimitri Cuvelier, Associates Bartu Deger and Lucie Massy Delhotel, as well as Partner Katia Panichi and Associates Luigi Rizzo and Laura Chalifour on financing aspects.
