Elvinger Hoss Prussen advised Apollo as to matters of Luxembourg law in connection with the establishment of Apollo Overseas Partners (Lux) X, SCSp, the Luxembourg parallel fund of Apollo Investment Fund X ("AOP X"), which held its final close with approximately USD 20 billion in committed funds. Our advice included fund structuring and establishment, closing matters and financing in relation to the Luxembourg parallel fund.
