Elvinger Hoss Prussen advised Bregal Milestone on the acquisition of a majority stake in Ridango AS, a global mobility technology group, with a focus on automated fare collection, payments and real-time information systems, followed by the subsequent acquisition of a majority stake in uTrack Group Limited, a company that provides software for public transport.
