Elvinger Hoss Prussen advised Fair Oaks Capital in connection with the regulatory approval of the first European-domiciled, Euro-denominated CLO UCITS exchange traded fund (UCITS ETF). The UCITS ETF share classes will be launched within the Alpha UCITS fund platform. Fair Oaks plans to list the ETF share classes on Deutsche Boerse Xetra, pioneering a diversified CLO portfolio in an actively managed UCITS ETF wrapper to investors in Europe.
