Emmanuel’s practice focuses on asset management and investment funds, with particular expertise in exchange-traded funds (ETFs). He advises fund promoters and asset managers on the structuring and launch of Luxembourg UCITS and alternative investment funds across a broad range of liquid asset classes. His work covers investment policy analysis, the drafting and negotiation of fund documentation, interactions with the CSSF through to regulatory approval, and ongoing legal and regulatory support throughout the life of the fund.

Emmanuel also advises on the tokenisation of fund shares and assets through distributed ledger technology (DLT), drawing on Luxembourg’s blockchain legislation and the applicable EU framework. He is actively involved in the firm’s FinTech and digital assets practice as it relates to the asset management sector.

Career and memberships

Joined Elvinger Hoss Prussen in 2020.

Member of the Luxembourg Bar since 2021. 

Education

Master’s degree in project finance and structured finance from the Université Paris Nanterre La Défense (France).

Master’s degree in business law from the Université Toulouse 1 Capitole (France).
