Fintech Rountable 2nd Edition 2026

Following the successful roundtable held in March this year, partners Pit Reckinger and Henri Wagner were pleased to host, on Tuesday, 20 October, the second 2026 edition of the Fintech Roundtable at Elvinger Hoss's offices, bringing together a selected group of leading stakeholders from Luxembourg's payment services and e-money sector.

The roundtable provided an opportunity to discuss the recent consultation on the MiCA review, including the positions expressed by ESMA, the EBA and the ECB, as well as the expected clarification of Member States' positions regarding direct ESMA supervision. The discussion also addressed the proposed approach to PSD3 and the PSR, with a particular focus on the issues most likely to affect market participants, and encouraged an exchange of views among participants on topics of common interest.
