Future Standard raise €3 billion and form the largest private fund in their history

Elvinger Hoss Prussen and Elvinger US acted as Luxembourg counsel to Future Standard on the formation through to the final close of PA Secondary Fund V (PASF V). PASF V raised €3 billion in total equity commitments, becoming the largest private fund in Future Standard’s history.

Elvinger Hoss Prussen and Elvinger US provided comprehensive legal support across the structuring, establishment, and closing of the fund.

The Elvinger US funds team was led by Partner Nicolas Fermaud, supported by Senior Associate Olivier Malherbe and Associates Maria Torres Freire, Carla Legrosdidier and Quentin Pinsolle Dubourg.
