Elvinger Hoss Prussen advised Janus Henderson Tabula in connection with the regulatory approval of its European-domiciled, Euro-denominated CLO UCITS exchange traded fund (UCITS ETF). The UCITS ETF will be launched within the Janus Henderson Tabula Fund. In 2024, Janus Henderson acquired Tabula, a leading independent Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs) provider in Europe. The combined expertise and extensive investment capabilities focus on providing actively managed ETFs.
