Elvinger Hoss Prussen advised STAR Capital Partners through its Luxembourg subsidiary, STAR Holdings S.à r.l., on the Luxembourg corporate law aspects in connexion with the successful completion of VINCORION’s initial public offering, and its listing on the Regulated Market of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange (Prime Standard).
