Elvinger Hoss Prussen provided legal advice to Ardagh Group S.A. (“AGSA”), a leading provider of sustainable and infinitely-recyclable beverage cans, in connection with its offer to exchange all outstanding Class A Common Shares in AGSA for shares in Ardagh Metal Packaging S.A. and AGSA’s subsequent delisting from the NYSE.
