Atlas Holdings LLC’s acquisition

Elvinger Hoss Prussen assisted Atlas Holdings LLC in connection with its acquisition of Central Glass Co., Ltd’s subsidiary Carlex Glass America, LLC, and its European designated subsidiary, Carlex Glass Luxembourg S.A., active in the car industry, involving Luxembourg complex real estate and environmental issues.
