Elvinger Hoss Prussen represented Blackstone as to matters of Luxembourg law in the establishment of its inaugural fund in Life Sciences, Blackstone Life Sciences V (Lux) SCSp, the Luxembourg parallel fund of Blackstone Life Sciences V L.P. (“BXLS V”). Blackstone has announced that BXLS V has closed at its hard cap of $4.6 billion of total capital commitments, making it the largest Life Sciences Private Fund raised to date.
