Codic acquisition of GK5 S.à r.l.

Elvinger Hoss Prussen provided legal advice to Codic International SA (“Codic”) with respect to Codic acquisition from Nextensa NV/SA of GK5 S.à r.l., a Luxembourg company owner of the Titanium site in the Cloche d'Or district of the city of Luxembourg and the financing of such acquisition.
