Elvinger Hoss Prussen advised Apollo on matters of Luxembourg law in connection with the establishment of Apollo Infrastructure Opportunities Fund II (Lux), SCSp, the Luxembourg parallel fund of Apollo Infrastructure Opportunities Fund II LP (“AIOF II”), Apollo’s second dedicated infrastructure fund. AIOF II closed with roughly USD 2.54 billion in capital commitments. Receiving strong support from a diverse base of new and existing investors, AIOF II will continue its strategy of investing in mid-market infrastructure assets primarily across communications, power and renewables and transportation. Our advice included fund structuring and establishment, closing matters and financing in relation to the Luxembourg parallel fund.
The Elvinger Hoss Prussen team, under the lead of partners Jeffrey Kolbet (Funds), Joachim Cour (Funds) and Karl Pardaens (Financing), included associates Adeline Amorin Da Cunha (Funds) and Ozan Imrek (Financing).
