Elvinger Hoss Prussen provided legal advice to Aareal Bank AG for the purpose of implementing a EUR 40 million refinancing deal to a Starwood Capital Hotel in Denmark.

In the context of the transaction Aareal Bank AG was, among others, granted a Luxembourg law governed pledge on receivables and a Luxembourg law governed professional payment guarantee.
