Elvinger Hoss Prussen advised Claude Lenert, founder of SkyCom S.à r.l., a Luxembourg based telematics specialist on the sale of the company to Alder, a Nordic investment fund with a strong mission and track record in developing sustainable technology companies. SkyCom S.à r.l. and r2p Tracking ApS, a Danish telematics company, were acquired by Alder to join forces and become EcoMobility. We advised Claude Lenert on all legal aspects of the transaction including corporate, employment, real estate as well as IP/IT and GDPR matters.
