Elvinger Hoss Prussen assisted TR Capital Ltd (a Hong Kong-headquartered firm and a pioneer among Asian secondary fund sponsors) in the setting-up a Luxembourg parallel AIF, in the form of an SLP to make secondary investments in Asia.
TR Capital has been elected by the Private Equity International’s 2020 Awards and won the "Secondaries Deal of the Year in Asia".
The team was led by partner Xavier Le Sourne.
