Our Diversity & Inclusion initiatives
Dedicated events for all our team members
We build an inclusive culture
We believe that diversity is a strength and inclusion a responsibility.
Through dedicated events, awareness campaigns and concrete initiatives throughout the year, we foster a workplace where everyone feels respected, empowered, and represented.
International Women's Day
We support the International Women’s Day initiative, a global occasion dedicated to recognising women’s social, economic, cultural, and political achievements while raising awareness about gender equality.
This year, to celebrate this important day, we organised an engaging quiz with our team members — a fun and collaborative way to share knowledge, spark meaningful conversations, and honour the contributions of women across a wide range of fields.
As a responsible employer, we embed gender equality into our daily practices and across all areas of our business.
Diversity Day
As part of Diversity Day Lëtzebuerg, celebrated in May, we joined the national initiative that brings together companies, public organisations and associations to promote diversity and inclusion.
This year, we marked the occasion with “Let’s Play Equal”, a collaborative team game designed to encourage reflection on discrimination and privilege. Each team embodied a fictional character with various characteristics that could lead to advantages or disadvantages in everyday life. Through this engaging experience, we fostered open dialogue, greater self-awareness, and collective thinking around the many dimensions of diversity.
Luxembourg Pride
At Elvinger Hoss Prussen, we foster an inclusive workplace where everyone is respected and valued. Since 2021, we have sponsored Luxembourg Pride, a cause that is close to our hearts. As Head Sponsor of the 26th edition, we took part in the Equality March on 12 July 2025 and supported the Pride Run with over 50 team members running in solidarity.
Our involvement reflects our ongoing commitment to diversity, equal opportunities, and the fight against discrimination. As a member of the IMS network and signatory of the Diversity Charter, we actively promote dialogue, raise awareness, and drive inclusive initiatives across our firm.
Pink October
As part of our social responsibility initiatives, we support the Pink October movement — an international campaign that highlights the importance of breast cancer awareness and early detection. Every other year, we organise an event to mark this initiative.
This year, in support of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, our firm dedicated a day to solidarity, awareness, and the importance of regular checkups.
We had the pleasure of welcoming Françoise Bisteur, founder of Innobullus and cancer campaigner, for an inspiring conference-discussion. Together with our Partner Stéphanie Pautot, they shared valuable insights on how open communication between patients and their loved ones can help navigate the journey of illness and self-reinvention.
By opening up the conversation at work, we aim to support those affected and remind everyone that early detection can save lives.
Movember
In support of the Movember initiative, we organise an awareness event every other year to highlight men’s health issues, with a particular focus on mental well-being.
In 2024, we hosted an internal conference featuring an interactive quiz, an expert presentation, and a Q&A session, providing our teams with valuable insights into the challenges men face—especially in the Luxembourg context.
By taking part in this global initiative, we aim to help break the stigma surrounding men’s health and encourage open, informed conversations within the workplace.
Orange week
As part of Orange Week, a Luxembourg-based initiative held around the International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women and Girls (25 November), we joined the awareness campaign led by the Conseil National des Femmes du Luxembourg.
In 2024, to support this initiative, our team members in Luxembourg and Paris carried the campaign’s official umbrella—an act of solidarity and a visible way to say NO to violence against women and girls.
This cause has been close to our hearts for many years. As a firm, we believe in the power of collective action to raise awareness, drive change, and help build a safer, more equitable society for all.
International Day of Persons with Disabilities
The International Day of Persons with Disabilities, observed each year on 3 December, aims to promote understanding of disability issues and mobilise support for the dignity, rights, and well-being of persons with disabilities.
In 2024, we marked this important day by organising an immersive awareness initiative.
Thanks to virtual reality headsets, our team members experienced real-life challenges faced by people with disabilities — a powerful way to foster empathy, understanding, and inclusion across the firm.
