Iren specializes in asset management regulatory affairs, advising management companies, AIFMs, and professionals of the financial sector, including fund administrators, transfer agents, and depositary banks. She advises regulated businesses throughout their life cycle, from initial setup and authorization to restructuring, acquisitions, and day-to-day operations.
Her practice features extensive experience in outsourcing arrangements, ICT, cloud computing, DORA implementation and the evolving legal landscape surrounding AI.
As a member of the FinTech team, Iren also drives the firm’s fund tokenization and blockchain initiatives. She supports the integration of AI and Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT) to enhance operational efficiencies, transparency, and the accessibility of resources.
Iren takes part in various Elvinger Hoss and external initiatives promoting the innovation of the Luxembourg asset management industry.

Member of several ALFI working groups on regulatory, DORA, FinTech topics.
Member of EFAMA working group on Tokenization.
Member of the Luxembourg Bar since 2018.
Prior to joining the firm, Iren worked for a "Big 4" firm in Luxembourg for more than 2 years.

LLM from Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski (Bulgaria).
Master 2 in European financial law from the University of Luxembourg.
Elements of AI Certificate from University of Luxembourg.
