Elvinger Hoss Prussen advised Arendt on the entry into of a partnership with BlackFin Capital Partners to support the expansion of Arendt Investor Services (AIS). The partnership will see BlackFin become the majority shareholder of the company, while Arendt will retain a significant stake. The transaction is subject to CSSF approval and other customary procedures.
