PSG cross-border acquisition of Vade

Elvinger Hoss Prussen advised PSG in connection with the cross-border acquisition of Vade, a French leader in email cybersecurity with more than 2.5 billion messages analysed daily. 

PSG is one of the leading private equity firms, and focuses on growth-oriented private equity investments in media, communications, education, technology companies across North America and Europe.
