Setting-up of five Luxembourg RAIFs incorporated as SCA SICAV

Elvinger Hoss Prussen, led by Xavier Le Sourne (investment fund partner based in Paris), with the assistance of senior associates Kenza Bensaid and Diana Toth, assisted Sienna Investment Managers in structuring their fund platform, which comprises five Luxembourg RAIFs, namely Sienna Euclide S.C.A. SICAV-RAIF, Sienna Landlife S.C.A. SICAV-RAIF, Sienna Sustainable Infra Debt III S.C.A. SICAV-RAIF, Sienna Private Equity Fund I S.C.A. SICAV-RAIF and Sienna Venture Capital S.C.A. SICAV-RAIF. These funds cover venture capital, private equity, debt energy transition and co-investment structures, allowing Sienna Group to concomitantly launch its global and pan-European fund platform.
