Following the successful previous roundtables, partners Henri Wagner and Pit Reckinger organised on 10 March 2026 the third Fintech Roundtable in Elvinger Hoss offices for a selected group of key players in the Luxembourg payment services and emoney space.
This third event was to further discuss hot topics and updates on CSSF 26/906, MICA (CASP) and its interaction with PSD2 and DORA and then to facilitate a discussion, among the participants to the roundtable on common themes.
Partners Tiago Nogueira and Anaïs Sohler as well as Senior Professional Support lawyer Karolina Szpinda, Senior Associate Pauline Bazin and Associate Rafaëlle Gross were at the conference to exchange their views and strengthen our network.
