Acquisition of Sunday Natural

Elvinger Hoss Prussen provided legal advice to CVC with respect to CVC Fund VIII’s acquisition of Sunday Natural’s high quality food supplements and nutrition products, its financing and the implementation of reinvestment steps in relation thereto.
