Elvinger Hoss Prussen assisted Capital Group in connection with (i) the launch of Capital Group KKR Global Multi-Sector+ (the “Fund”), the first sub-fund of the Luxembourg investment vehicle Capital Group Alternative Investments Funds and (ii) the authorisation of Capital International Management Company as an alternative investment fund manager.
The Fund has been established as part of the global strategic relationship between Capital Group and KKR and is designed to combine public and private credit exposure within a single multi-sector credit strategy. The Fund is expected to allocate approximately 60% of its assets to public credit investments managed by Capital Group and 40% to private credit investments managed by KKR.
