ALFI Seminar on Digital Fund Management 2026

Elvinger Hoss Prussen sponsored the ALFI (Association Luxembourgeoise des Fonds d'Investissement) Seminar on Digital Fund Management 2026 event that took place in Luxembourg on 10 February.

Partner Anaïs Sohler spoke at this event during the panel discussion on "How to implement AI in a risk-managed environment?". The aim of this session was to discuss the challenges of AI in a DORA compliant environment, the AI Policy, the situation 6-months ahead of the AI Act being live, AI governance & certifications, AI incidents reporting, supervision, usecases implementation. The panel also looked at it from another angle and explored how AI can support DORA compliance. Our Senior Associate Iren Butrakova and Associate Aedan Job also attended the conference to share our experiences and to further strengthen our network.
