This fund was formed to permit the transfer of the portfolio of Blue Horizon Ventures I SCSp RAIF and aims at investing in the sustainable food supply chain.
The transaction, supported by a strong majority of existing investors, involved the subscription, sale and transfer of certain participations in, and convertible loans issued by, portfolio companies, ensuring the long-term management and development of sustainable food tech and innovation ventures.
