Elvinger Hoss Prussen acted as Luxembourg legal counsel to Baker Tilly (Netherlands) and Baker Tilly (Belgium) in connection with the establishment of a joint platform. Baker Tilly (Netherlands) and Baker Tilly (Belgium) hold a majority interest in the new platform, with Inflexion participating as minority shareholder.
