Elvinger Hoss Prussen advised Fair Oaks Capital in connection with the regulatory approval of the first European-domiciled, Euro-denominated CLO UCITS exchange traded fund (UCITS ETF) and its listing on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange. The UCITS ETF share class has been set-up within the Alpha UCITS fund platform.
