Elvinger Hoss Prussen advised Fair Oaks Capital in connection with the listing of its European-domiciled, Euro-denominated CLO UCITS exchange traded fund (UCITS ETF) on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange. The UCITS ETF share class has been set-up within the Alpha UCITS fund platform.
