Elvinger Hoss Prussen advised Apollo as to matters of Luxembourg law in connection with the establishment and fundraising of Apollo S3 Equity & Hybrid Solutions Offshore Fund (Lux), SCSp, the Luxembourg parallel fund of Apollo S3 Equity & Hybrid Solutions Fund Offshore Fund, L.P. (“Apollo S3”). Apollo S3 closed with approximately $5.4 billion in commitments, surpassing its target. The fund's final close contributed to a total capital raising of nearly $10 billion across the Apollo S3 platform since its launch in August 2022. Our advice included fund structuring and establishment, closing matters, financing and general corporate work in relation to the Luxembourg parallel fund.
