Christophe Bricage

Christophe Bricage specialises in the structuring and establishment of alternative investment funds across private equity, real estate, infrastructure, private debt and fund-of-funds strategies. His practice focuses primarily on unregulated Luxembourg fund structures, including special limited partnerships (SCSp) and reserved alternative investment funds (RAIFs). Christophe advises the promoters and managers of investment funds and their related carry and co-investment arrangements on a wide range of corporate, regulatory and marketing matters.
Career and memberships
Was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2017 and has been a member of the Luxembourg Bar since 2017.
Joined Elvinger Hoss Prussen in 2020.
Prior to joining the firm, Christophe worked for four years for another leading law firm in Luxembourg.
Education
Master’s degree in European business law from the Université Paris Nanterre (France).
Specialised Master’s degree in International business law and management from ESCP Business School (France).
