Investment Funds Law Chair
Elvinger Hoss Prussen supports the University of Luxembourg's Chair in Investment Funds Law, established within the Faculty of Law, Economics and Finance.
The Chair supports the University's Master's degree in Investment Funds Law, the first Master's programme in Europe dedicated entirely to this specialised area.
Building on Luxembourg's leading position in the investment funds sector, the programme combines academic teaching with practical insights from experienced practitioners, covering the legal and regulatory framework governing investment funds in Luxembourg and Europe.
As part of its involvement, Elvinger Hoss Prussen contributes to the programme through seminars, workshops and case studies led by its lawyers.
The firm also welcomes students each year for a presentation and cocktail, providing an opportunity to meet members of its investment funds teams and exchange with practitioners.
Elvinger Hoss Prussen contributors to the programme: Joachim Cour, Sophie Dupin, Yves Elvinger, Xavier Le Sourne, Frédérique Lifrange, Olivia Moessner and Jérôme Wigny.
