Blackstone Strategic Partners Closes Eighth Real Estate Secondaries Fund at $2.6 Billion

Elvinger Hoss Prussen represented Blackstone as to matters of Luxembourg law in the establishment of its eighth real estate secondaries fund, Strategic Partners Real Estate VIII (Lux), SCSp, the Luxembourg parallel fund of Strategic Partners Real Estate VIII L.P ("SP RE VIII"). Blackstone has announced that it has raised approximately $2.6 billion for SPRE VIII and its related committed program vehicles.

Strategic Partners provides a range of solutions across illiquid asset classes for investors and financial sponsors, including LP liquidity solutions and GP-focused solutions such as GP-led secondaries and co-investments.
