Our firm’s lawyers have substantially contributed to a new publication on banking and financial law in Luxembourg entitled “Droit bancaire et financier au Luxembourg 2024”. The publication was first presented at the “Journée de l’ALJB” on 11 June 2024.

Following three previous works published in 1994, 2004 and 2014, the Luxembourg Association of Banking Law Lawyers (ALJB) delivers here a fourth collection, reflecting the new legal and regulatory environment in 6 volumes:
